Screw Pile Installers was engaged to complete screw pile foundation installations for modular homes in Fort Smith, NWT, supporting residential development for Salt River First Nation. The project required a foundation system capable of performing reliably in challenging soil conditions while allowing for fast deployment and precise installation.
Our team completed site layout and pile positioning before installing screw piles to engineered depth and torque specifications. Each pile was carefully aligned to ensure consistent elevations and proper load distribution for modular home placement.
