These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Screw Pile Installers website, services, and any related communications, estimates, proposals, or agreements (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing this website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Screw Pile Installers,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operating company providing helical pile and screw pile installation services, including all affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives.
2. Scope of Services
Screw Pile Installers provides foundation solutions including, but not limited to:
- Helical pile and screw pile installation
- Residential, commercial, and industrial foundation systems
- Structural support for decks, homes, additions, and modular buildings
- Engineering coordination and load-based installation
- Site assessments and installation planning
All Services are subject to site conditions, engineering requirements, applicable codes, and availability.
3. Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

- Enhance user experience
You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some website functionality may be limited.
3.1 Estimates
All estimates provided are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Pricing may change due to site conditions, soil variability, access limitations, scope changes, or engineering requirements discovered before or during installation.
3.2 Validity
Unless stated otherwise, written proposals are valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date.
3.3 Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in revised pricing or timelines.
4. Engineering and Load Requirements
Where required, installations are performed in accordance with engineered load specifications. Screw Pile Installers does not provide structural design services unless explicitly stated in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that:
- All loads provided are accurate
- Building designs comply with local codes
- Required permits and approvals are obtained unless otherwise agreed
5. Site Conditions and Access
The client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work site.
This includes:
- Clear access for machinery
- Building designs comply with local Identification of underground utilitiescodes
- Removal of obstacles not disclosed during estimation
Unforeseen subsurface conditions, including rock, debris, or unsuitable soils, may require scope or pricing adjustments.
6. Permits and Compliance
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client is responsible for obtaining all required permits, inspections, and approvals from local authorities.All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications.
7. Scheduling and Delays
Installation timelines are estimates only. Screw Pile Installers is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Site access issues
- Permit delays
- Client-requested changes
- Force majeure events
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes promptly.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in the written proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of work.
8.2 Late Payments
Late payments may be subject to interest, collection costs, or suspension of services where permitted by law.
8.3 Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in legal action, liens where permitted, and recovery of associated costs.
9. Warranties and Limitations
9.1 Installation Warranty
Screw Pile Installers warrants that installations are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
9.2 Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Structural components not installed by us
- Design or engineering errors by third parties
- Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or external forces
- Soil movement beyond engineered assumptions
No warranty is provided for soil conditions beyond tested torque or engineered parameters.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screw Pile Installers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or project delays.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
