Screw Pile Installers warrants that its piles are manufactured from premium quality materials and are free from manufacturing defects.

Note: The responsibility of the manufacturer, Screw Pile Installers, is limited to its products. The installation and all site-specific factors pertain to the responsibility of the authorized Installer who carried out the work.

This warranty is offered exclusively to the original owner and is non-transferable.
The owner must notify Screw Pile Installers of any supplementary structural elements added to the initial structure that were not part of the original approved plan.
This warranty does not apply if movement is caused by "Acts of God," third-party intervention, landslides, or environmental events beyond our control.
Upon purchase, the owner accepts this warranty as the sole official warranty, superseding any other representations or agreements unless provided in writing by an authorized corporate officer.
