Screw Pile Installers was called in to address structural issues with an existing deck in Edmonton, Alberta that had begun to heave and settle due to improperly performing concrete piles. The objective was to stabilize the structure and prevent further movement.
Our team removed the failing concrete supports and installed screw pile foundations to engineered depth and torque specifications. Once installed, the piles were used to properly support the deck framing, restoring level and load distribution across the structure.
